Refund policy

Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason, in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 52-59).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at [email] and include your order number. The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging within 14 days of the withdrawal notification. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to PrintPetit.

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Customized products
Made-to-measure products or items customized at the customer's specific request (e.g., featuring a name, initials, or unique modifications) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as stipulated by Article 59 of the Consumer Code. This exclusion does not apply to standard catalog products, even if they are printed at the time of the order.

Damaged or defective products
If your order arrives damaged or has a printing defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue; we will arrange for a free replacement or a refund, at your choice.
