PrintPetit is an occasional business activity managed by Franco Lombardi.

It does not operate with a VAT number; sales are sporadic in nature, in accordance with Italian tax regulations.

Products
All products are made-to-order using PLA 3D printing. As these are handcrafted items, slight variations between pieces (such as color or texture) are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Prices and Payment
Prices listed on the site are in Euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed via the methods indicated at checkout, handled by certified third-party payment providers.

Contract Conclusion
An order is considered accepted upon confirmation via email from PrintPetit. PrintPetit reserves the right to decline or cancel an order in the event of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, subject to a full refund.

Delivery
Production and shipping times are outlined in the Shipping Policy. These timeframes are estimates and are not binding in cases of force majeure.

Right of Withdrawal and Warranties

Limitation of Liability
PrintPetit is not liable for indirect damages resulting from improper use of the product. Products are neither toys nor certified for food contact, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. In the event of a dispute, consumers may use the European Commission’s ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or seek recourse through the courts of their place of residence, provided they qualify as a consumer.
